What is the uPVC ?
The uPVC profile is basically an extruded section of a mixture of PVC with certain additives to make it suitable for making uPVC Windows and Doors. So, this very formulation technology is the key to make a Quality profile to make the Premium Windows. This formulation varies according to the climates. That’s why the formulation for High UV Sensitive India requires a formulation combination of 2.5 mm. Wall Thickness & 8 Parts of Titanium Dioxide.


About uPVC Windows
uPVC is based on the polyvinyl chloride polymer, however, in order to make the material suitable for use as a window, a number of different additives and stabilisers are used.These special heat and UV stabiliser additives such as right perportions of Titanium Dioxide and Calcium Carbonate are an essential parts of any uPVC formulations destined for the manufacture of uPVC window.
